Falcon Writers Hub Refund Policy

Falcon Writers Hub assures the customers to provide high-rated papers to match their needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied and the reason is valid, please contact us.

You can also request a revision or raise a refund claim under the respective order number.

Conditions for Refund

You can demand a refund under the following conditions:

  • The urgency fails to deliver the paper in time as per the agreed deadline.
  • We fail to totally meet the threshold of your expectations. Although such cases are rare, we encourage you to settle the matter with our support team before any decision on a refund is reached.
  • In case you pay an excessive amount above the agreed cost of paper.
  • In case we receive two invoices or you are billed twice, we shall process a full refund. Please remember to forward us both receipts to simplify fixing the issue.
  • Plagiarism claims with proof will call for a full refund. However, we promise to comply with content originality demands.

No Refund Conditions

You are not entitled to a refund if:

  • A lower score than what you expected is not received. We do not guarantee 100%, but we shall do our best to provide good services.
  • If the refund window collapses – say after six months from the time of the original transaction. Such incidences will not attract a refund.
  • The order was successfully completed and closed.

We will do our best to avoid any altercation that may escalate to a refund claim. The best we can guarantee is to work fast with precision. Plagiarism is another menace that affects writing, but we promise to stick to originality and the standards of the industry. That includes a proper citation and referencing.
